DAY 1 Arrival In Srinagar And Shikara Ride
Begin your day with arrival in Srinagar, where the crisp mountain air and the calm of Dal Lake set the tone for the journey. Settle in and take a leisurely stroll along the lakefront, watching the wooden shikaras glide past and the floating gardens drift by. Spend some quiet time absorbing the views of the Zabarwan range before heading to the shore for your ride.
In the afternoon, board a traditional shikara for a gentle cruise across Dal Lake. Glide past the houseboats lined along the water and drift through the narrow channels of the floating vegetable gardens. Watch local vendors paddling their wares and enjoy the stillness broken only by the soft splash of oars. The ride offers a close look at life on the lake and the surrounding Mughal-era gardens from the water.
As evening approaches, return to the shore and explore the nearby handicraft shops, where papier-mache and pashmina work are on display. Take a slow walk along the Boulevard as the light fades over the lake, then retire for the night at New Golden Flower Houseboat, lulled by the gentle lapping of the water.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are generally non-refundable.
- Booking fees, visa fees, insurance premiums, and other non-refundable charges will be deducted from eligible refunds.
- Certain tour packages, promotional offers, and special bookings may have different cancellation terms.
- If the company cancels a tour, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund for cancelled services, subject to applicable terms and laws.
- Customers may request changes to their bookings, subject to availability and any applicable additional charges.
- No-shows or failure to arrive at the designated departure point generally do not qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, although bank processing times may vary.
- Cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and supplier policies.
- Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
