Cancellation policy
  • Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing through our official email or customer support channels.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a 90% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure are eligible for a 75% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are generally non-refundable.
  • Booking fees, visa fees, insurance premiums, and other non-refundable charges will be deducted from eligible refunds.
  • Certain tour packages, promotional offers, and special bookings may have different cancellation terms.
  • If the company cancels a tour, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund for cancelled services, subject to applicable terms and laws.
  • Customers may request changes to their bookings, subject to availability and any applicable additional charges.
  • No-shows or failure to arrive at the designated departure point generally do not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, although bank processing times may vary.
  • Cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and supplier policies.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

  • Arazio Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or activities when necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, and any damage caused by them to property or facilities during the trip.
  • Customers must follow local laws, safety instructions, and the reasonable directions of tour guides, drivers, and service providers throughout the journey.
  • Arazio Tours & Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
  • Any complaints or concerns regarding a booking or travel service should be reported to our customer support team as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve them.
  • Arazio Tours & Travels reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
